There’s no right timeline. Some families gather within days, others wait weeks or months. We’ll help you choose a date that fits travel, logistics, and what your family can handle right now.

What if we don't know what we want yet?

That's completely normal. Most families don't have a clear vision at the start. Our role is to help you explore options, think through what feels right, and make decisions at your own pace. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

Can we make changes after we've started planning?

Yes. Your needs and preferences may shift as you move through the planning process, and that's expected. We build in flexibility so you can adjust details as you go. Nothing is locked in until you're truly ready.

Do you work with specific venues, or can we choose our own?

We maintain a large database of partner venues that offer us exclusive pricing, often up to 40% off public rates. That gives you access to quality spaces at significantly better value. If none of our partner venues fit what you need, we’ll help you find one that does. We’re here to support your vision, wherever it takes place.

Does it need to be on a weekday to fit it into your packages?

Not necessarily, but we can only guarantee weekdays at the package prices. Venue costs increase significantly on weekends, and to keep our packages at flat fees, we build them around weekday availability. With additional budget, we can absolutely accommodate weekend requests. Sometimes we can even make weekends work within package pricing, but we can't guarantee we'll find something within budget.

What's included in your support?

It depends on which package you choose. Our Simple Memorial Package ($1,750) includes day-of support and essential memorial elements. Our Signature Memorial Package ($3,900) includes dedicated event planning, vendor coordination, and full day-of support. For custom celebrations, we'll tailor our level of involvement to match your specific needs and budget.

Absolutely. Many families choose to hold a celebration in conjunction with cremation or burial services. We can coordinate everything together or help you plan them separately, depending on your preferences and timing.
