CELEBRATIONS OF LIFE

A gathering as unique as the person you’re honoring.

From the venue and flowers to the run of show, we plan every detail of the gathering and coordinate everything on the day, so you can focus on being present.

WHAT IT CAN LOOK LIKE

There's no right way to say goodbye

For some families, a traditional service feels right. For others, it's a more intimate celebration filled with stories, music, and shared meals.

The most meaningful gatherings aren't about following a script, they're about honoring a life in a way that feels true.

VENUES

Places to gather

The setting shapes the tone. It might be a community space, a restaurant, a garden, or somewhere that simply feels like them. We’ll help you find the right fit, then handle the details.

Historic buildings

Good for gatherings that feel more intentional, especially when the setting itself helps create a sense of occasion.

Private dining

Good for smaller groups, especially when conversation, shared food, and time together are the most important parts.

Outdoor spaces

Good for daytime gatherings, especially when being outside feels calming or reflects something about the person.

Community halls

Good for larger gatherings, especially when you want an easy, accessible place where everyone can comfortably come together.

PACKAGES

Choose the level of support that feels right

Whether you want us to handle everything or just the essentials, both options are built around your person, not a template.

Tell us about your person. Send us the photos and the music that mattered, and we take it from there.

You get a planner who books the venue, handles setup and teardown, brings flowers for the space, puts the photos on display, and makes sure the sound works for anyone who wants to speak. We build you a website for the invitations and RSVPs, so nobody in your family is tracking a headcount in their phone.

About three hours on a weekday, at one of the venues we work with. Someone from January is there the whole time, running the day so no one in your family has a job. You show up and be with your people.

Food and venue prices may increase based on party size or if you opt for a weekend event. We'll show you exactly what that looks like before you decide anything.

Signature is where we start building things. A tribute slideshow. A program designed for the day. A playlist that sounds like their life. Pieces that exist only for this one person.

Your planner sources and coordinates the vendors, so you're choosing between good options instead of making the calls yourself. Any venue we work with is on the table. The photos get curated and arranged rather than set out. If people are speaking, we help them get ready.

It's a bigger day, and more of it is made by hand. You still have nothing on your plate.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens after you reach out

We guide you through a simple planning process, from the first conversation through coordination on the day of the gathering.

1

Intro call

We start with a short call to learn about the person you’re honoring, the kind of gathering you’re imagining, and key details like timing, location, and guest count.

2

Moving forward

Based on our call, we create a clear proposal outlining the celebration, pricing, and next steps. Once everything looks right, you secure your date with a signed agreement and deposit.

3

Planning + logistics

You’ll complete a planning form that captures everything we need. From there, we coordinate vendors, logistics, and day-of details so the gathering runs smoothly.

Design your celebration

Answer a few questions to turn “I think we want…” into a plan you can actually see. When it feels right, submit it and we’ll take the next steps together.

Ready when you are

Most people reach out before they know exactly what they need. That's fine. A conversation doesn't commit you to anything.
